These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by JRZ TRUCKING, LLC (the "Company"), 2869 State Route 131, Fayetteville, OH 45118, United States, at www.mpjland.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational publication describing the Company's identity and the organizational scope of its freight route board. The Site is not, and must not be interpreted as:
Milepost numbers (MP-01 through MP-15), leg labels, highway graphics, and all Site content describe organizational classification only. They do not denote lanes under dispatch, committed capacity, quoted rates, or service commitments.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a freight tender, rate quote, capacity commitment, or offer of carriage. The highway visual language is a design motif; it does not publish schedules, lanes in service, or availability. Any actual engagement with the Company occurs only under separately executed transportation agreements, not through this Site.
The Company works to keep the Site accurate, but content is provided "as is" and "as available." The route-board descriptions follow industry classification conventions; where a description includes qualifiers (for example, "local," "long-distance," "truckload (TL)," "less-than-truckload (LTL)," or "contract"), those qualifiers are read literally and control over any shorthand elsewhere on the Site. The Company does not warrant that any posted lane describes a currently dispatched route.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, route-board layouts, highway illustrations, logos, and code — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any Site content without the Company's prior written consent.

Communications sent to the Company through the Site's listed contact channels are not confidential and do not create any carrier, shipper, broker, or professional relationship. Do not send bills of lading, rate confirmations, DOT documents, or confidential records through the Site. Correspondence records are handled per the Privacy Policy.
If the Site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience. The Company does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JRZ TRUCKING, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, CARGO CLAIMS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT, TARIFF, OR BILL OF LADING.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your submission of unlawful, infringing, or confidential information through the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Brown County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about the Site. They do not modify any separately executed agreement between you and the Company.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.mpjland.shop/terms-of-service with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
